Let's dig into the unknown (yet extreme!)
diversity of the Wittenbergener Heide
Sa, 15.06.2024, 11:00 – 14:00 Uhr
Merkzettel: Event XC544 merken
When we take walks through the forest or along the Elbstrand we usually observe several animal species such as birds, insects or mammals. But have you ever thought about how many other species, particularly small critters, live in such places? In this tour, we will let our imagination run wild and look for species in habitats where we do not usually look closely! We will provide you with the necessary equipment to explore the extreme diversity of the forest and beach. For the first 2 hours we will collect samples and for the last hour, we will observe our samples at our microscope station.
